The new aperitif format: The Borgo Rossi Experience
The real highlight of the new season is the aperitif, which takes centre stage as a signature feature of the Borgo every day from 4.30 pm to 8.30 pm, featuring local wines, sparkling wines and cocktails. Excluding scheduled events.

At sunset, between the pool and the panoramic terrace, a unique moment comes to life where you can:
- taste local wines and our “Rosso del Nonno”
- sip on selected cocktails
- serve this alongside platters, appetisers and specialities from the Romagna region
A relaxed, elegant yet authentic atmosphere, where time slows down and every detail is designed with the guests’ enjoyment in mind.

Throughout the season, there will be themed events and special evenings celebrating tradition and a sense of community:
- Romagna-themed aperitifs
- Tasting of local produce
